We are living as never before a competition between different Telecommunications Operators that using different platforms and technologies offer Internet access service. 30 years ago we had a vertical structure of differentiated networks for services and today we have a "transversal structure" where the different operators become ISPs = Internet Service Providers. This is how we are now competing Cable Companies, Telephone and wireless or WISP. A new stage of this process of evolution that we call "ISP Convergence".
The idea of ​​this seminar is to analyze the multiple platforms available to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each one so we can prepare to operate a "Single Converged Network", Also to be able to add VALUE to the Internet service we will have to be able to evolve from ISPs to DSPs by becoming "Digital Service Providers".

This defines technologies to create home Wi-Fi networks or SoHo environments that are easy to install and self-adapting. This session will describe Wi-FI EasyMesh and the Multi-AP specification, and the market it is trying to reach. The Backbone network of Azteca Comunicaciones makes use of the 100Gbps DWDM technology that currently has 6 rings nationwide, providing work and backup routes to generate greater stability over network services.
